SCAM Claims to be an energy consultant (MG?)but knows nothing. Tried to read from a script. Didn't like being told to stop and listen. Made no comment when I said the call was illegal as I was with the TPS and terminated when I said I would report the number.

Is there even such thing? Or now most recently informed me of the tax fraud that has been registered on my name? This is a high pressure sales caller purporting to be from a company called ESI, although I could find no details of them online. Their aim is to get people on good defined benefits pension schemes to sell out. They talk a good game, but this smells awfully like a scam outfit which is attempting to get people to transfer monies from safe defined benefits schemes to them, which is incredibly worrying. Your best bet if you receive a call from this number is to block it.
