Caller would not desist the call, was repeatedly told the call was not welcome - standard response was to repeat that I was unable to decline or have an opinion as he had not told me all about his product and had not yet been to his website.

I received an unsolicited call to my personal mobile, which started with the announcement that the person was "Molly" and then gave a surname and company, and went on to ask about an accident "in which you were innocent". The "person" or computer voice (I was unsure) did not answer my questions about where they got my number and kept persisting about an accident. They didn t even specify what kind of account nor did they ever identify the company they were calling from.
