Have previously had about three missed calls from this number - just picked up the latest call and they informed me that I d had a car accident at some point since July 2010 - I have never had a car accident, thank goodness. I asked them where they got this information from - they said they purchased these details from a company and had got them as I had registered the accident but hadn t claimed anything. Called twice today by this number. The Silent Treatment! No sound, no voices. Very Irritating. I did phone KnowHow Service this morning but not at this number. I was told to expect a return call from their Service agent in 2-4 days.

Same story. About a road accident I had but caller was from Liverpool and they used an 01462 area code. Trying to get me to claim for unnecessary whip lash etc, I suspect. Blocked.

They said they were from Virgin Media and were warning that the connections were being slow but I found the caller very difficult to understand so I will verify with Virgin direct

I received a call from a chap who called himself Brady, from the Nuisance Calls Prevention Service in Brighton at 6.05pm on 26th February 2015. He told me that he was aware that I was receiving a high ratio of nuisance calls and that he was going to stop them for me... all good up to this point! He then went on to say that for ?2 per month the calls would be stopped!!!! Definitely a scammer, but what worries me is that he knew my name and ex-directory telephone number.

Just called me but I dont know any Patrick Brum in Birmingham so I did not answer.

I received a call after posting an ad on Friday-Ad Classifieds for a property I had to let, they offered me additional advertising at great value, I was very pleased with the level of customer service. My property was let within the week. I would recommend highly.

From looking the number up and finding all these comments saying Vanquis - i called Vanquis up asking why a debt collecting agency is harrassing me when I paid off any money oweing last year and wrote a letter of cancellation LAST YEAR! I dont even have a valid in date credit card with them - how could I owe money?! They obviously havent closed my account! Because I cant remember an email address of password from 4 Years ago they will not talk to me about the account! Vultures!! They should be closed down.
