I got a call from this number, ladies voice claiming to be Lancashire Wellbein, (I live nowhere near Lancashire) wanted to know all sorts about who I lived with etc. when I questioned who they were and where they were calling from she hung up...sounds like a scam to get information

SCAM - Called trying to say they were from Carphone Warehouse, challenged her and she still tried to sell me a phone, even when I said to her that this was just a scam and all she wanted to do was get my bank details. After receiving several calls I called them and told them not to call me any more.
Ever since I took out a phone contract through CarPhone Warehouse I have received calls from this and very similar numbers. All purport to be about a car accident. Like all the other calls, AutoReject!

rang three times and rang off immediately when I queried. I tried to ring back and was told to select between 1, complaints and enquires, and 2, to have detials removed. I pressed one and was held for 3 mins before the line went dead. that happened twice.
