Fraud / Scam............... States they're from BT with alarming call that your router is faulty and that your internet line is public. Then starts to asks questions about the lights on router, who uses internet, even knew home address, at that point I hung up. I contacted BT - they do not have any such number listed in their network, also they confirmed no calls were made to line from themselves.

I had a few missed calls from this number and Googled it as I didn t recognise it. I found lots of comments saying it was a fundraising company asking for more money for the RSPCA which I give directly to. I used the number which a couple of people provided to have my number taken off the list which is an automated service. They just called me this afternoon which I ignored but found info on other sites so I phoned them and have confirmed who they are. The company is called Mark Group . They are a company that specialise in cavity wall insulation and solar panels. They are based in Ashford, Kent. They did some insulation work for me just under a year ago, very quick & very good, but not sure on the "cold calling" front.

HSBC- sent me a text stating that a new device had registered onto my account, with a link to a website, I did not click on the link as I do not have nor has anyone else within my close family had an account with this bank, as I did not click on the link I am unaware to possibility of the link being harmful, all I will say, if you do not have an account with this bank and do get a text like myself do not click onto it, there is a high possibility it could be a scam, or a general mistake on the banks behalf
