Lydia from UK Legal claimed she had my details from the road traffic accident database and that I had been in an RTA on 28/02/2014. She supplied her number for return calls as 0800 743 872 but called from the number stated above.

They call and hang up - then when you call them their opening line is "Are you responding to a missed call" Not even a hello - obviously their business model requires curiosity of the caller to find out who called, then they try to trap you into getting a boiler and loft insulation that are apparently part of the greendeals fund run by the government - you can do this yourself without someone taking a cut if you really want. Just another PPI type firm.

It is a scam and we did transfer money but stopped order..all the amounts are for just over 2k paid into our account and we transferred just under 2k back into their bank. you ll see the money go into your account then they re desperate for you to pay the overpaid balance, they then cancel the dodgy cheaque within 2 days...Don t do it, the tel number is bogus and so is the address...
Reading from all these posts it seems to be from an agency or call centre number..wen it first ran it came up with 015 something that is the Kings Lynn area code where we are, ...

These people a a nuisance they keep ringing tonight they have rung twice within minutes. They do not speak when the answer machine relys to the call.

When I returned the call, I too got the answering machine "this number can t take incoming calls" so called them on 0800 069 9303. they confirmed that they re Debt Masters Direct but wouldn t tell me how they got my number or why they were ringing me. Asian/Indian scam caller about cover for sky box. when asked why he was calling ex-directory and TPS registered number he became abusive and rang off. geo-location puts him in middle of Trafalgar Square although he claims he is in Scotland! this is same guy who rang in mid December but then he was using 02037 694278. treat number as dangerous and report it to Ofcom, TPS and ICO

Text me asked me if I remembered their call last year about a funeral plan. Said he was Dave Simmons Funeral Founder. I couldn't remember the call so I checked their number turned out the number was used many times acting as HMRC inland revenue tax, Accident Claims Advisors, British Gas blocked number and reported to Action Fraud and Police.

Despicable company. Called me at exactly 11 am today when the minute s silence for Manchester outrage was starting. I asked Kirsty - the operative who called - if she knew what time it was and she put the phone down. Someone must know who this outfit is so we can name and shame?

A man claimed to work for bitcoin.com and said that I'd signed up to make money online. I've been called over 20 times a day from people who claim to be from some financial company for the past 2 weeks (they make up a new name each time). Numbers probably spoofed but tend to start 0161768, 0161818 , 0113301 or 0113868. Normally decline and block but have answered a couple to ask them to stop. This one swore at me when I asked.
