Scam. Claiming to be from Microsoft about hackers accessing computer and installing dangerous software on it. Have your name and address (easily available from phone book) to add 'authenticity'. Had fun winding them up as obviously a scam. They just want access to your computer so don't engage with them.

Called by an Asian gent who eventually answered me (suspicious already) said he was a technician calling from some company or other (couldn t resolve company name) and said I had something wrong with my computer updates. What! I told him I was an IT Consultant (truth) and he started telling me what to do. Several times I told him he was a scammer but he completely ignored me. told caller they had wrong number so they called me a fucking arse hold told me i had wrong number and they called me, gave me such nasty abuse and laughing, it was a man and i heavly pregnant and called company back but a load of indian people who dont understand or very dodgy company
