The point of the scam is to find gullible people who will believe what they say. They are crooks who once they find a victim will ask them for personal details and /or credit card/bank details "So we can proceed with our refund to you" They then commit identity fraud or empty your bank account. Got a call from this number turned out to be part of the carphone warhouse dealing with upgrades very helpful and very well priced would definatly recommend

they called me on my mobile - which I never give out - so am so very curious there... and it looks like other sites too are confirming they are ringing re PPI. I did not answer it. maybe some day when I am bored (and on good form for an arguement) I will answer... and let you all know how it went.
