Phishing, attempting scam.
Fraud / Scam............... States they're from BT with alarming call that your router is faulty and that your internet line is public. Then starts to asks questions about the lights on router, who uses internet, even knew home address, at that point I hung up. I contacted BT - they do not have any such number listed in their network, also they confirmed no calls were made to line from themselves.

Not sure if it is a scam, but concerned they knew my name, and what domestic appliances I have. We recently cancelled insurance with Domestic and General, so wondering if they have sold on our details. Told them I don't need their insurance as would by new if beyond economic repair, and the caller seemed surprised that I could fix a recent washing machine problem myself. A voice said he was James from Relief Energy who said; "I've been trying to call you for a few days now, actually." Well, nobody has been trying to call me when I was at home, and as I check my phone whenever I've been out, then I know for sure that it's nonsense so I just hung up. Sounded sort of robotic, I suspect it was a recording. Unsettling and therefore I marked it as "Dangerous".SCAM

SCAM Automated call on 10/7/23 at about 10am. Message said from Barclays fraud dept, payment of £800 pound to American on-line gambling noticed on visa account, press button 1 if not me. Thought it was a scam as bank wouldn't send automated call, phoned bank on their known number, bank said not on my visa account scam.

01997 617229 called me around 4:30PM on 21 March 2023. A guy with an Indian accept was speaking, but hung-up after about 5 seconds. If you call back, it says "welcome to Farn Mart", but none of the options in the menu connect you to anyone.

As of writing, 3 different numbers tried to call me today (020 8956 2943, 020 8956 2230 and 020 8956 2601). They all start with 020, I don’t know anyone who owns those numbers, maybe the same individual is using different numbers to call me. Likely a fraud and now it’s harassing.
