SCAM 01737 219625 - claim to be BT Open Reach calling about your slow broadband speed and wanting to do a free check. It is a complete scam, when I said it was a business line, the cold caller put the phone down.
Called this morning. I do not know anyone in Leeds. Caller was a woman with an (Indian?) accent. Caller told me that I needed debt. A weird call, caller did not use my name, identify herself or tell me why I needed debt.

A foreign caller rings every morning around 9.30 and sometimes in the evenings around 6.30 and asks me to complete a survey that will take 30 seconds. I have done this once (it takes a good 5 minutes) and a second time giving totally random answers. The third time I said I had already done it and was not doing it again, as I put the the phone down he was wailing my name - ...... DON T GO! Now I lift the handset but say nothing and they ring off almost immediately.

Finally received payment, however we had to instruct another solicitor to start winding up and they paid up an hour before we were going to issue court papers. My guess is they think most people will not be bothered or do not want to lose more money. I received a call from the number: 01274792327. They have said my computer is slow and needs to have software updated and will cost me ?250.00 The caller was acting to be windows when they was not. They was giving false names. I did not give any bank card details or any payment because this is a SCAM. Do not give any bank details, computer serial number, etc. DO NOT GIVE OUT ANY INFORMATION OR THE INSTRUCTIONS OF CONNECTING YOUR SCREEN WITH THEIRS AS THEY WILL HACK YOU.
