Recorded voice talking about that there is a warrant out for my arrest due to tax evasion. This followed another call a few days prior from a different number claiming to be HMRC - another recorded voice telling me to press a button in order to speak to someone about my tax evasion and threatening with legal action/arrest if I didn't. Awful messages and probably quite frightening for someone elderly or vulnerable. Don't interact with the messages and block this number!
I live in Morpeth and I thought it might be a genuine call. I vaguely heard something to do with a prize!!!

Called on mobile (despite have TPS enabled) - answered call, 3 seconds of silence then hung up (auto-dialler)
told me this call was abt insurance claim for the accident i had 3 years ago... so i asked him, which one, and he cldnt explain it!!
Automated call, said failure to respond would result in charges against me, gave me a case number, seemed to be to do with national insurance, wanted me to press one. I hung up.

SCAM - pretending to be royal mail, they knew my first name but started asking for bank details so I could pay a fee to release a parcel.
I received a phone call on my landline from a female caller, Asian accent, purporting to be from Google. The caller asked if I had received the warning messages they had sent to my computer. I was informed that these were not emailed messages but were in my computer and that if I was in front of my computer the caller would show me where to find them. I then attempted to terminate the call the caller said that if you chose to ignore this call you will be deregistered from Google. I terminated the call.

HMRC fraud. Computer generated voice tells that they are the HMRC and that there is a fraud case in my name, if I don't press 1 to get connected to an advisor an arrest warrant will be issued. Very unimaginative scare tactic, very obvious that they will try to defraud people. Didn't have the time and couldn't be bothered messing with them, so just hung up.
