A man claimed to work for bitcoin.com and said that I'd signed up to make money online. I've been called over 20 times a day from people who claim to be from some financial company for the past 2 weeks (they make up a new name each time). Numbers probably spoofed but tend to start 0161768, 0161818 , 0113301 or 0113868. Normally decline and block but have answered a couple to ask them to stop. This one swore at me when I asked.

It is a scam and we did transfer money but stopped order..all the amounts are for just over 2k paid into our account and we transferred just under 2k back into their bank. you ll see the money go into your account then they re desperate for you to pay the overpaid balance, they then cancel the dodgy cheaque within 2 days...Don t do it, the tel number is bogus and so is the address...

Call from supposed local exchange and when answerphone cut in automated message informed me money had been taken from my card and to press 1 to contact them. Obvious scam as have had identical message from various numbers over the past year.

SCAM. Received an email that looked like it was from my head office to say KPMG would send and invoice and asked me to pay it. This guy IS NOT from KPMG. They will take your money and run.

I have recieved serveral calls from numbers starting "+44203630" all have been reported as scams.
unhelpful, rude, annoying, unsolicited calls to number(s) already registered with TPS (I ve escalated a formal complaint via TPS). When I returned the call, I too got the answering machine "this number can t take incoming calls" so called them on 0800 069 9303. they confirmed that they re Debt Masters Direct but wouldn t tell me how they got my number or why they were ringing me. I just checked this number as I got suspicious. A guy called Glen Lowther is supposed to be coming to my house in an hour to sell advertising space for Wood brook Medical Centre, Loughborough. When I call the number no-one replies. Will they come to my house?

These calls are not from Manchester. The numbers are spoofed by the scammers. NEVER call these numbers back or you may get caught for a huge phone charge.

When called there is a message, claims to be XLN Business Telecom concerning account. Advises caller to telephone 0808 1683092. Often calls at least four times a week, sometimes twice daily. Ignore as frequently called numbers are domestic not business, or businesses where the company does not have an account with XLN.

Group video call on WhatsApp. I didn't recognise the number so I hung up.
HSBC- sent me a text stating that a new device had registered onto my account, with a link to a website, I did not click on the link as I do not have nor has anyone else within my close family had an account with this bank, as I did not click on the link I am unaware to possibility of the link being harmful, all I will say, if you do not have an account with this bank and do get a text like myself do not click onto it, there is a high possibility it could be a scam, or a general mistake on the banks behalf
