Fraud Asked me to "press 1" to connect to the Amazon accounts department to cancel the purchase of an Apple iPad. The self same message came from 01479 541295 an hour later.
Silent call then hung up after I'd said hello 3 times.

Called up at 7pm. Told my life insurance was awful And how it wasn t the right one for me. After what can only be described as border line bullying I went to speak to one of there "qualified" advisors. Turned out it was some wise boy who tried to make me spend more than I was already paying for less cover. Complete waste of time I d avoid using them at all costs.

Wanted me to log in but wouldn't give me website address nor send me an email confirmation. Absolutely certain I would have been asked for my bank details so they could give me 'my money'.
