Constant calls no one speaks
I have been called several times yesterday back to back from firstly a London number twice, then twice from private number and this one today. They all start by saying am I ****** when I ask who they are they mumble something then ask me if I own or rent my property. The person who called today was female and I could actually understand what she said, except for the initial mumble. The first two London calls where listed as suspected spam, however, some of calls in this category have been bona fide.

Definitely a scam. They obtained a DHL notification for something ordered overseas then try and make you think you need to pay import duty. Do not ring as number transfers to foreign network.
SCAM This number looks as if it was local to me, but it was not. Strongly accented lady said she was from Virgin Media about the "poor performance of the internet connection". I told her I knew it was a hoax call and hung up.

This is a scam number based in eastern block country, pretending to be HMRC. Report it immediately and completely ignore it.
Be careful dealing with this number. He is acting as a professional and will show a lot of fake proof for you to believe and get your trust. He is a very dangerous in person. He did not use my name or say what domestic appliances he wanted to talk about, or why he wanted to talk about them. This was a foreign sounding PPI call centre. I hung up.
