Rang me on my mobile. I didn't recognise the number and did not answer. The caller did not leave a message. I have no dealings with anyone - personal or corporate in the Shetland Islands.
They asked to access my pc to check a frozen crypto wallet. When i asked them why i apparently had £16k in my name they were kindly trying to return to me. I said i wasn't aware of this and they should give it to charity rather than faff about with my pc, this confused the nice man. He insisted i should have my money back, we to and fro'd for a little bit before he eventually accepted that i actually knew more about blockchain transactions than he did.

SCAM Evil little man pretending to be a bailiff enforcing a writ, he will call you and pressurise you, he will say that you owe £x amount for a debt that you have been informed about multiple times and that you haven’t turned up to court for. He will say that his name is Kevin Wynn who is actually a bailiff and a good guy but this little man is impersonating him, PUT THE PHONE DOWN!

Was called this morning about 10am was a recorded message, saying we need your authority to pass payment to amazon of £500, and also about a £1000 that needs authorising, the recorded message was crackling and hard to hear all but i just hung up. then did 1471 to see who it was as they made out it was my bank wanting authorisation.

This phone number has been an issue with my house phone. This number has appeared on my VM bill for the moths of Oct, Nov,Dec,Jan ,Feb and March before I realised I had not made the call. It appears every 12 hours as a call that lasts less than 1 minute and each call is charged at 39 pence . Does not sound a lot until you add it up over the period of time which then accounts for over £60.00.
I don't answer calls from numbers I don't know, just look them up like this and see the comments after. Save yourself getting wound up by these idiots. I once had a phonecall from these "We've heard you've recently been in an accident" so I said yeah I was parachuting and as I was coming in to land I went through the windscreen of a lorry. I blocked this number 01372519728 because I tried to call and find out who was calling. It beeped 3 times and cut off. I believe this is a dangerous scam and so I blocked it.
