This NUMBER called me up and when I answered the phone was put down this is the start of a Scam definitely do not ring them back Just BLOCK THE NUMBER .

hard to understand operator with heavy foreign accent. Offered to stop all unwanted calls but required a lot of information. I terminated the call.

Called by these people offering a free loft roof space check, assured no money involved but if anything detected we would have two years to decide. Loft space checked and said to be in poor state for mould and decay of boards, told it would cost £8k to fix but if we went onto the express service it would be £6,400 but we had to book in right away. We asked for time to think about it and he then appeared to call a colleague who agreed to lower price to £6k but we must firm immediately. We declined.

Fraud This number was used to attempt a PayPal "fake payment invoice" scam/fraud. My customer received a fake PayPal receipt for Bitcoin and the "support" number they gave prompted multiple callbacks from this number. They will "refund" a bigger amount than the invoice says, then plead with you to get the overpayment back. Once they have your cash, the original "refund" vanishes from your account. Be warned!!

Fraud Indian call centre for bank frauds. Try to get card numbers and run up transactions which they tell you are 'cancelling frauds' but you are being tricked into allowing the payments. They have the old BT customer database, so have names, addresses and bank details from 10+ years back
SCAM A recorded message saying the call was from Legal Assist. Went on to say that all the consultants were busy and asked me to hold on. I hung up of course.
Answered the phone and nobody was on the other end then just hung up, have since blocked.
The man told me he was from a credit help place, didn't offer any security checks or business name. Possible spam or fraud, doesn't make sense why a business would be calling from a mobile number either.

SCAM Call from Sky technician department! Strong Asian accent. There is a problem with my broadband router. Not with and never have been with sky. Wanted me to load an app on my phone so she could show me what the issue was with the router. Not happening I said. Got accused of arguing with her. SCAM Said from Vodafone upgrade team and could offer me a great deal on a upgrade. Asked them to email me the details so I could check it over. Email looked dodgy, address wasn't a Vodafone one. Forwarded onto Vodafone and they said not a genuine email from them. Called me back again and got angry when I challenged them on what Vodafone said. Told me I'd get another email to prove they were genuine within 30mins, still waiting a few hours later. Four calls today alone, all from different numbers!

Claimed to be from BT. I have no dealings with BT and as I was not addressed by name, can only presume this a scam and therefore a dangerous call.
Seems to be a scam number. Didn't answer it, but its not the 1st time this number has been calling me in Sweden.

Debt collector, I think this is a check up call from Oxford TV licencing Enforcement Division to check if someone aged over 75 and still forced to buy a licence is still alive, The caller asks for you by name and when you say yes they make some excuse about not being able to hear properly saying they will call back later.
