When I asked him for the identity of the PC and its serial number so I could identify which of the 200 PCs at my location was the issue he blathered a bit and then when I asked him which of the Police Constables he wished to speak to he hung up. A man with a very strong accent (difficult to understand) spoke about iPhones. I asked where he got my number from and he said 'from your provider, Vodaphone'. I'm not with Vodaphone so I told him that's untrue and he must be lying. He then proceeded to call me a liar - twice! Bizarre phone call. Potentially trying to gain personal data. Blocked.

SCAM had my name and was trying to get details like age and if I was a smoker out of me. While I was talking he googled the number to see if it’s from the pension company he was claiming he was from. It didn’t come up so I told him it’s a scam and i’m giving his number to the police. He began to cuss me out and said “you’re a waste of time. Go jump off a bridge and kill yourself” and then he hung up the phone. He was trying to force an english accent but was definitely foreign. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM.

These people have been calling my mobile a lot. I answered on the second call today and a girl told me she was from Albany Assured. I asked what she was calling about and she said something about a claim on my car insurance due to an accident (she knew my full name). That s all I needed to hear to know the call was a load of nonsense because I don t drive and have never even had a license. When I said I didn t drive she said "but have you in the last 2 years?" And that s when I said I ve never had a license
