SCAM-Was at work. Don’t know anyone in Rotherham so ended call and blocked immediately. & from look of feedback glad I did. I am getting scam e mail attempts daily. Trying to tempt me under differing guises either offering loyalty points or entering me in competitions . Been called by 0113 419 9990 numerous times over the past 3 days. I answered the call today to be told it s about my pension - and they could see its frozen. The lady was called Becky (thats if they use their real names) who wanted details of my pension, which I wouldnt give, she tried to convince me there was nothing wrong but I said how did know who she was, I said I would leave it and deal with it myself - she hung up!! two missed calls when I eventually answered they knew my full name. Not sure if they re a liget company or not but If they are they need some serious customer service training. I got told I was a moody b**ch and then hung up on. I work in a call centre if I ever did that I d be out the door in seconds. Seems normal for them!
