I never answer a number i dont recognise but thankful for google to find out it must be a cold call. Got quite a few of them lately.

They call leaving voicemails saying ‘this is not a marketing call, please call back’ I’ve also had texts asking to call back quoting the following reference number...which is different every time. And the name they use to address me via text spells both my first and last name wrong (not just one letter wrong, almost incoherently wrong!) so I will be blocking these obvious scammers!

Call to landline today 25.02.2021 12.30pm, no message left. Number not known to us and no relevant information from online search.

Called me at 11:04 pm. When i returned the call it said you have been called from prank.com... when i searched online , it said its a number from police from camberly. Ruined my night.

This number belongs to an individual by the name of Lauren Evans. She is complicit in Tax Evasion, Fraud and by default, money laundering. She has indirect ties to the mobile number 07834656793 which is owned by Malcolm Osmore Davidson, a director of Maintracts Services, who in turn has indirect ties to John Noonan(Austrailian), Ronke(London based Nigerian employee of Ecobank) Gary Armstrong(employee of Ecobank)-all in turn have indirect dealings with Rupert Murdochs News International/News Corporation. I received a call this afternoon from David from London Police Station informing me that fraudulent transcations are taking place in my account (approx. ?3100) and it would be best for me to relocate my funds into safe keepings. Does this sound strange to anyone else? I said righto mate, "I expect that you will take care of it for me then." - Not a believer.

All the calls from "TalkTalk", "BT", "Openreach", "Microsoft" ,etc., are SCAMS. Don’t talk to these people!

Just had a call - lady suggesting that I had had a traffic accident in the last two and a half years. I did not catch the name of the company she said she was calling from. When...

4 rings then hung up just as I answered.

Received text from 07413284805 saying "...records indicate you may be entitled to ?3750 for mis-sold insurance" and to text back or call this 0844 number. I ve never taken the insurance - its a scam. I wonder if there is an automated way to respond to their text and overload it... Just a thought.

highly intelligent scam. claimed to be offering me insurance for just over £300. asked be to look through bank statements and said they would send be information through the post. didn't fall for it. avoid at all costs

Not expecting a call from a broadband provider haven t given my number to anyone regarding broadband or phone, this man saying they are EE. Although polite enough, I was polite on BOTH occasions they called, 2.30pm and 19.33. I asked them not to call me again the first time around and I asked them AGAIN this evening, so nuscience calls now. Blocked.
