Said he was from bt openreach. I am not with openreach. He said my Internet speeds are slow. I said my boyfriend was openreach engineer. He started trying to guess his name and then called me Georgia. Which is not my name. His accent was not a British accent. Scam.
2nd June 2023 - English-speaking female. Pretending to be Natwest bank asking for details in order to 'streamline' the account - quite obviously a scam number.

Asian sounding women claiming to me that she is calling from EE, she asked if I have an account with her then when I replied ‘you should know’, she then proceeded to reply with an ‘oh my god’ and then hung up the phone.
The call appears to be an automated call about Amazon Prime. There seems to be a spate of these calls recently, from various numbers.

Suspecting fake supplier. We contacted him through a vacation rentals' booking platform to book a villa on the 5th of February in order to book for the 10th. On the 6th he writes to us: "Hello, unfortunately we can't accommodate you because the villa was double booked." This is so unfair! The availability back then allowed to book the property with no problems. He hasn't even refunded us the money. We suspect a scam owner.
Rang and said nothing, hung up quickly. Number blocked.
Nuisance phone call in the morning. Has been happening a lot lately. One ring no message. Apparently a pet sitter. I have no pets. I work nights. This call woke me up and cost me a days sleep. Very angry. It keeps happening. This person or business is a real nuisance.

SCAM. They say they are ringing from Barclays Bank and tried to get me to go into the app to activate a code. After I said I wasn't happy doing it and that I would ring them back, they rang off. I have since rang Barclays and they hadn't called me. SO PLEASE BEWARE!!

I was called by this number today, the automated message told me my amazon prime account had expired and that my credit card would be charged £95 pounds for renewal, if I was unhappy about this, press 1. Sadly for them, (lucky for me) I don't have an amazon prime account, hung up imediately. SCAM the person on the phone was asian caller from India very hard to understand as he refused to provide with clear details of the company that he was ringing on behalf of, rushed his words when told to speak slower and clearly he made out he did not understand wanting me to stay on the phone for longer but I put the phone down after frustration even after I tried to give him my time to talk to me clearly being if asian background myself but he kept going off topic, very suspicious caller do not trust.
Whoever it was they hung up when I answered.I have now blocked it.

This is a scammer posing as customer service to help verify your Amazon prime account so you can log on your devices he wants you to share your screen go to your cart on ur Amazon account and verify your car number by typing in your car number while sharing your screen with a person that you do not know. They will pressure you into the putting in your information But don't do it just pay attention to the website that you typing in your verify ur TV so I cam watch ur app. He tried me but I got on his nerves
