Why have I had call from this number

Hangs up when I answer.

This is a youth groups number for young people in the tayside and fife area. Not trying to sell.

I answered and a English lady in what sounded like an office like background noise explained she was calling from the Advisory centre or service. She asked if I was someone by the name of Mrs.Wheeler, which I was not. I politely said no, and I don t know if I was meant to hear the next bit, as she may have thought she had hung up before she said it. She was talking in the background in a very pee d off tone to someone saying how unhappy and I was or something, I couldn t hear most of the words, but from wh

ANY call about problems with your computer, broadband, router, viruses, IP address, broadband being cut off, offering discounts, etc., IS ALWAYS A SCAM. DO NOT be intimidated...

Silent call

I said "yes, I had lots of accidents. which one specifically are you referring to? Which date? Which car?" He could not give me the details. I told him it was strange that he had my name and phone number but no details of my accident. I suggested that his records were in fact just a telephone directory. He hung up.
