Hi, I got a text from this number (+44 311 46) which had my name on it and it’s from someone who I don’t know and the number I don’t recognise. May be dangerous but more times than not I don’t answer numbers I don’t recognise.

These cold callers are annoying. If its not PPi, or accident, or people trying to sell you fake goods, its money making scum trying to scam you. It s a well known scam. Don t bother calling them back. The number might appear to be normal geographic but they might have rigged it to charge you premium rate.
