Was a call for Google ad words, when I told them I don't have an account for that they hung up.

This is RTA Business Consultants who are known crooks. They offer to sell your business but they have no interest in selling your business at all. Their real motive is to trick you into signing a barely legal contract that they know you will be forced to cancel or renege on and when you do they’ll send you a bill for £5000. I have had a missed call from this number. I think it might be a recruitment company as I have been applying for jobs recently.

Unsolicited call to a number on the TPS register. Caller was polite and offered to remove my number from their database, hence rating of 8 rather than 9.
