This number would appear to be à Plymouth number. However it is a recorded English voice about payments I have tried to make to Amazon and an International Money transfer.it is clearly a highly dangerous scam and similar to a call I had the other day from a different number with an American style voice. A guy with an Indian accent told me something about some crypto trading I supposedly did. I suspected a scam and hung up on him.

i had a text message from this number which takes you to what looks like a fake royalmail website. None of the embedded links work on the website. The message at the top of the page seems to suggest these is an unpaid fee on a parcel. - SCAM
I live in the Netherlands. This number was suppoos to be from " Henry Cavell" but clearly it's from a fraude of catfish. Don't call this number back!
