Silent call. Enough time for me to say "Hello" twice with a pause in between, then a buzz followed by disconnect. Sounds suspiciously like an auto dialler not connecting through to the operator at the other end, or a spoofed high cost return call scam. Either of these are not good!

Their real motive is to trick you into signing a barely legal contract that they know you will be forced to cancel or renege on and when you do they’ll send you a bill for £5000. SCAM Foreign call centre. Car accident 'uninsured losses claim' scammers. Told me they were a small department within the 'British Insurance Losses Department' (doesn't exist). Couldn't tell me when my accident was other than 'the last two years'. Couldn't tell me where they got my details from. Told them I refuse to discuss anything with a company or organisation I've never heard of so they can email me if they have my details. They hung up, unsurprisingly.
