I got scammed like the last two posters on Saturday 26th June, but at Frankley on the M5 at around 11.30am. I reported it to West Midlands Police and to Action Fraud but have not had a follow up from either yet. Silver Vauxhall VIG2342, very convincing and grateful manner, same story about returning from Belgium and needing money to get back to Ireland and feed his children, same mobile number (07721 950844) - also introduced me to his children and happy to show me his ID. Every day for the last week I've been receiving numerous text messages about deliveries supposedly mine from DHL. They're definitely not mine! I'm always asked to click on a track and trace link which I don't because it doesn't look right coming from a mobile number, Also receiving daily calls from the same mobiles starting with 07964 378 with the last 3 digits always different. I'm sure this must be a scam.
