Someone called my mobile from this number 02087258118, using an automated voice, saying they were going to suspend my National Insurance number because of unusual activity!! Very threatening and loud voice saying I had to ring back this number immediately. To me that sounds like a scam because anything serious and legal they would have phoned and spoken to me and sent an email. Its twice now that my mobile number has been contacted by scammers and its getting really annoying.

TAPA is scam. They told me that I ve been frauded and that they can get my money back from a company I ve advertised with. If you pay them they only register you with tps and you don t get any money back.

My family had a missed call from this number. I called it back and a very confused man answered. He seemed genuine and said he had had some spam calls there himself. Seems to be a mystery.

Usual SEO "we re a Google partner and can get your website on the first page" spiel. Also its London number but Indian caller as these businesses tend to be. Caller got angry with me and called me back after I hung up.

Called today and ulikely to originate from the UK based on the poor line. The person kept using my first name (i.e., Mr A***). She told me she was calling about an accident I d had for which I wasn t at fault. I asked her if that was in the BMW and she said "Yes I think so"...I don t drive a BMW and have never owned one! This number rang today but hung up part way through the answerphone message. After reading comments here and elsewhere, I rang and asked for our number to be removed from their database. The guy I spoke to was happy to do this and also happy to tell me that the third party from whom they receive numbers is Communications Avenue. Looks like these are the people we should really be shutting down. A quick Googke shows that they re based in Newark.
