How do these companys get the number, what is the point of call baring telephone preference etc. Real nuisance, 3 times now if you answer they ring off. if the answer machine kicks in -- no message. Stan

This number calling early a.m. Who are these monkeys? I ve never heard of Vanquis" or have had any dealings with them. What are they trying to sell/do? If I answer, will it be another foreign name they ask for. Is this some sort of guise? Wish they d stop, NOW!

AO - checking through details of order, although seemed like just a cover for the fact they wanted to sell an extended warranty. When declined, aske why, but did then accept reasoning e.g. over time they really are not cost effective.
They seem to be very interested in getting bank information. Scammers.
