caller purports to be calling from microsoft and wants remote control of my computer saying i have been hacked for identity id and my details being used for illegal betting etc .rang microsoft who said this is a scam as they would not make such a call

About some fraud and I needed to press 1 to speak to someone about it.

Spoke to the call guy - free assessment. Will give quote for windows but will not put pressure on to buy. Two phone calls - one confirming visit. After calls, googled the company. Lots of very negative reviews of loss of deposits. Looked at both duedil and companies house and both state they have been ordered to wind up and they are in liquidation. Another spam call, usual format, English named caller with very foreign accent telling me I had been in an accident I didn t know about. It was a very short conversation!

EON Energy call from this number when calling you back. Not a cold call.

Recorded message stating they were from the national crime agency. Immediately terminated the call.

This was KIA responding to my request to be emailed instead of phoned.

Received a call from this number (01204 938584), today. Phone rang for short-time, then ended, abruptly. Somewhat unusual, so I blocked it. Perhaps you should do the same.
