A Google search doesn't come up with anything legitimate for this number, so it's been blocked from my phone and flagged as harassment with Google. If you cannot be bothered to leave a voicemail, I can't be bothered to call back or answer.

Selling home improvements. Very polite and professional. Not offensive in any way.
This number called today and put receiver down when I answered.
