This number called me to say that my number has been used in a serious number of crimes and my national insurance number will be suspended if I don’t press 1 to talk to someone. This isn’t real as the police would ring me directly or turn up at my house, not use an automated voice message to tell me. I hung up instead of pressing 1.

Got a call from this number on my mobile. Said I d been in an accident. No I haven t. I reckon they just dial numbers at random. I say this because only my family know my mobile number and I won t give it out to ANYONE else. They didn t even know my name or where I was from or where the accident happened or what car I was supposed to have been driving or what time of day or the date it was supposed to have happened. SPAM this number is starting to pee me off. I keep blocking 020 numbers but then they phone with a different 020 number. It’s obviously not important otherwise would leave voicemail doesn’t matter how many I block they find a way to phone me. Not only my mobile but also landline !!

This phone number (01202137375) is from a representative (called Chris) of HomeLogic, a company that sells and installs LogicFoam loft insulation. It is quite safe and is not a scam. It's a cold call that tries to persuade you to install this type of loft insulation i.e. spray foam. The caller said that it's part of a Government initiative to supply every home in Britain with this type of insulation. However, I don't believe this - I suspect that this is just salesman's patter.
