They said that they had in fact received a call from this number (I withheld the number) I found this strange that someone was in my house and called them, must have been my dog that called her?!? They just called me this afternoon which I ignored but found info on other sites so I phoned them and have confirmed who they are. The company is called Mark Group . They are a company that specialise in cavity wall insulation and solar panels. They are based in Ashford, Kent. They did some insulation work for me just under a year ago, very quick & very good, but not sure on the "cold calling" front.

HSBC- sent me a text stating that a new device had registered onto my account, with a link to a website, I did not click on the link as I do not have nor has anyone else within my close family had an account with this bank, as I did not click on the link I am unaware to possibility of the link being harmful, all I will say, if you do not have an account with this bank and do get a text like myself do not click onto it, there is a high possibility it could be a scam, or a general mistake on the banks behalf
