When told was not interested the women just hung up. 1471 gave me the number so I rang back, got the say woman, told her how rude she had been and my number to be taken from their list. Received call 13.02.21 from someone claiming to be from BT. Said there had been an issue reported regarding the router and it would be disconnected. Played along for a while to try and get more info. Asked for the name of the manager so I could check the call was genuine. After several attempts they gave a name of Shaun Williams! Caller was foreign. Definitely a scam. BT are not my internet service provider! It is not their router! How would they know if there was a problem with my router! Reported to BT
