The chap normally gets very aggressive repeating to me over and over that I am owed PPI from my bank. I just kept asking the nature of the call and what the name of his company. He did not like this one bit explaining, he wanted needed to confirm my postal details, and the person he was talking to. SCAM Seems to be a call center as noisy line. Tried to obtain bank details etc under false pretences, alleging an engineer from BT has detected problems on my home landline and that without rectification I could incur £+ costs but if remedial action is taken quickly charges may be reduced. I asked for their engineer and departmental details but got nowhere so advised would call BT myself and the caller rang off. One for OfCom and other authorities. I got a call from this number this afternoon saying I have some questions, I only need 20 seconds of your time so after another 15 seconds I said that s 20 seconds, bye. He rang straight back and said you think you re clever but I m cleverer than you and hung up. Daft or what?

They call me constantly, sometimes hanging up straight away other times if I answer its about PPI. I now play around with them. My record is 25 mins waiting for me to find fictitious paperwork... they hang up... I know people dont have time to mess around but i work nights so i quite enjoy it. JUST DON T ANSWER IF YOU DONT WANT TO PLAY WITH THEM.

Two calls received within 24 hours from male with Indian/Asian accent and female with American accent. Both told me that they had information that showed that I had had a no fault accident within the last 2 years. They were obviously reading from a script, refused to tell me where they had got my name, phone number or the accident information from. I told them what I thought of them and they hung up ! I received an unsolicited call to my personal mobile, which started with the announcement that the person was "Molly" and then gave a surname and company, and went on to ask about an accident "in which you were innocent".
