I answered and a English lady in what sounded like an office like background noise explained she was calling from the Advisory centre or service. She asked if I was someone by the name of Mrs.Wheeler, which I was not. I politely said no, and I don t know if I was meant to hear the next bit, as she may have thought she had hung up before she said it. Called twice today, 2nd time answered: asked for my partner by name & claimed to be from People's Energy who are our energy supplier and are based in Edinburgh so that matches the area code (0131). My partner wasn't happy to confirm security information for an unsolicited call though and they were happy to end the call requesting we call them. This number called me at 1220 today. Foreign caller, probably Asian, ask for my wife. When I asked who was calling he demanded to know why he should tell me & became foul mouthed before hanging up.
