Seems like a scam. I tried to call back and received a message referring me to look online due to a high volume of calls but it didn't say which organisation/company it was.
Fraud it's a Bitcoin harvester will get you to invest say minimum amount of £250 steal it and clean out your bank account through your details... They operate simular numbers even if you block one... Don't go there.
Just had this number call me at 23:00 pm. 01923 833466.

0141 428 3388 getting tired of them calling me four to ten times a day phoned back on chance of speaking to someone after searching number and find no company name for phone number. bloke called robert answered asked for personal details which i refused without know who they were, he refused to give a reason for not telling me what kind of company he works for.
Lydia from UK Legal claimed she had my details from the road traffic accident database and that I had been in an RTA on 28/02/2014. She supplied her number for return calls as 0800 743 872 but called from the number stated above.

QUICK LOAN FINANCE and provided a website address and a London Address at 223 International House, in Regents Park. Please do not be taken in by these Guys. They nearly had me by bamboozling me into giving them my card details before they had even told me what the payment back figures were for my £2000 loan, which they had called me to tell me that they were willing to give me. SCAM Received an SMS message from this number claiming a new payee had been added to a bank account. The SMS message contains a link. Do not click on the link. Block the number then delete the SMS message.
These calls are not from Manchester. The numbers are spoofed by the scammers. NEVER call these numbers back or you may get caught for a huge phone charge.
