They are crooks who once they find a victim will ask them for personal details and then commit identity fraud or empty your bank account. We received a strange call from this number but seemed to come via New Zealand (but the number is too long for NZ). The caller asked me how I was etc, etc. but not a good line. When asked who she wanted to speak to hung up.

SCAM. Yet another call from the same Manchester area which seems to be a major call scam area. Left no message as is typical of this sort of call from this area. The last call I had from this area with a similar number I answered and it was a recorded message telling me my NI number was going to be cancelled ...... I just closed the call as another scam. It is time telephone companies were held to account for all this misuse.

Fraud SPAM SCAM SCAMMER - They fake the number then say they're calling from O2 to give a 40% discount for getting a good customer because I pay my bills on time, but couldn't tell me my name, when the bills are, wouldn't accept any other form of ID. I knew straight away they were scammers so washed their time for 15-20 mins asking why the text "they" had sent told me not to give them the code they wanted.
