SCAM Seems to be a call center as noisy line. Tried to obtain bank details etc under false pretences, alleging an engineer from BT has detected problems on my home landline and that without rectification I could incur £+ costs but if remedial action is taken quickly charges may be reduced. I asked for their engineer and departmental details but got nowhere so advised would call BT myself and the caller rang off. One for OfCom and other authorities. Phoned twice. It was an automated message claiming to be my broadband provider stating that my broadband was about to disconnected. As the message did not state who my broadband provider was I hung up. I suspect this is a scam.
