Safe number. This was Domestic & General. I am an existing customer. They were calling after some recent work had been done. They were trying to sell me increased cover for other items.
Would not speak into answerphone,suggest computer generated number,possible scam.
This numbers was trying ask me some personal questions in order to find out that if I am entitle to get a refund. I said what refund? Her said my job is to find out weather you are entitle or not. When I refused to answer it , he hung up straight away. Very rude and strange.

I said "yes, I had lots of accidents. which one specifically are you referring to? Which date? Which car?" He could not give me the details. I told him it was strange that he had my name and phone number but no details of my accident. I suggested that his records were in fact just a telephone directory. He hung up.

When called there is an American voice recorded message "Your call is very important to us. Please stay on the line & you will be transferred to next available agent..." Fraud SCAM Telephone call from 01376 567981 on Friday 23 June. Voice message claiming unusual use of bank account. Did not identify which bank or which account holder. Obviously attempt at fraud. Left phone line open until call terminated, then blocked telephone number.
An amount has been taken from my bank account with a name WeSeeZoos & this telephone number. I am unaware of authorise any amount to be debited from my account.
