Just received a call from this number, they rang off before l could answer, but didn't dial the number back. Seems to be a lot of scam calls from 08000 numbers to the UK. You'd think the Gov'ment would tackle this harassing, persistent issue so many of us have to experience on a daily basis of upto 6 times a day

I then stopped her dead and told her she was talking crap and I had no intention of listing to her and that as soon as I put the phone down I was going to put her number in the call blocker and that she should sod off. SCAM It claims that the call is from Amazon that I have purchased iPhone for certain price and then if I have not purchased should press 1. Then may be they are trying to steal your data. So stupid Amazon never calls people for purchases even if you buy £1000s of pounds items. They dont care all their products are from their customers with guaranteed insurance and return policy. This is a very silly fraudulent scam. Please block the number before even they call u, one headache less. I blocked them for ever.

My number is not listed and they called my land line AND mobile! Apparently they sent me a letter, but wanted me to confirm my address. I never got anything and had never heard of them before! I told them on both occassions - they called withing 5 minutes on both lines - to take me complete details off their list and stop harrassing me or I would call the authoroties. On my question what it was about why they called they didn t answer. SCAM! They had my name.
