Fraud SPAM SCAM SCAMMER - They fake the number then say they're calling from O2 to give a 40% discount for getting a good customer because I pay my bills on time, but couldn't tell me my name, when the bills are, wouldn't accept any other form of ID. I think the number shown on my mobile may be a spoof number to prompt me to reply and be diverted to the premium rate real number. This is the second time in 2 days I have reported a problem. Once to my landline, this one to my mobile. Really getting sick of the extent of the problem. Had 90 junk mails yesterday. Maybe need to change email address and phone numbers, big inconvenience.
