Indian callers claim to be from windows.they will tell you your computer has been sending them error reports.they then ask you to turn your computer on and then tell you how to fix the problem.they get you to switch on remote access.then they control your computer and have access to all bank,credit card and password details that have been entered.NEVER DO THIS !!! please report to your local police

had a call out of the blue which i was angry with however i have had so many of these calls so decided to have a listen. eventually after i had asked all of questions and seen they were legit on a gov webpage i decided on going ahead. im very happy i did because i was lucky to claim ?4587 and still have a few more credit cards to look into. Overall happy with the service very much!!

Be careful. This is a local number to my area but they are the usual scammers pretending to be from TalkTalk. I suspect they are hiding their real contact number.

This number called 3 times today someone claiming to be Dave from Windows Technical. We hung up first time then my wife answered and said thank you for your concern and how kind he was for notifying her there was a problem she would take the computer into the shop. Accident claims fraud ("we ve been informed you were in an accident" when you weren t). I have been registered with TPS for nearly 2 yrs so by these idiots ringing my mobile ... they broke the law. I filed a complaint with ICO. She was a very well spoken English young lady.
