Scam. Claiming to be from Microsoft about hackers accessing computer and installing dangerous software on it. Have your name and address (easily available from phone book) to add 'authenticity'. Had fun winding them up as obviously a scam. They just want access to your computer so don't engage with them.

Scam tried to access my mobile account text was sent and asked to read it. Contacted my phone provider and was told it is a scam
keeps calling and then hanging up, try to call back and get through to a pre-recorded message not giving any details about the caller.
