VERY DANGEROUS - scam call fro Amazon demanding £1100 payment

Eight calls in two weeks. Many ring once and hang up, expecting you to call back. When you do answer a call quickly there s sometimes a delay in them answering, meaning they are multi calling at the same time. Over polite conversation never quite getting to what they want. Probably accident scammers.

Long shot, does she have an emergency pendant? Is it possible it s the company who provides it calling her if she accidentally activates it?

I'm getting a call from this number at the same time every day. It's a recording about the National Data Base. I suspect it's a pre programmed computer.

Rang long enough to trigger a voicemail but when listened to, it was as if they put diwn straight away. On researching seems to be linked to a telefone company but can t find any further details.

I received a call after posting an ad on Friday-Ad Classifieds for a property I had to let, they offered me additional advertising at great value, I was very pleased with the level of customer service. My property was let within the week. I would recommend highly.

When they rang me I told them I HAD been in an accident, but it was my fault and I caused the death of 4 people. They stammered a bit then I asked them could they help me with this! They hung up.

This is the number for the SAGA CALL CENTRE in Ramsgate, which is a Covid Vaccination Centre. They called me to see if I could attend earlier

This number rings, when i answer no one there then they hang up! when i ring it back it rings then goes to answer machine! Probably a scam! Beware!

I received a call from a chap who called himself Brady, from the Nuisance Calls Prevention Service in Brighton at 6.05pm on 26th February 2015. He told me that he was aware that I was receiving a high ratio of nuisance calls and that he was going to stop them for me... all good up to this point! He then went on to say that for ?2 per month the calls would be stopped!!!! Definitely a scammer, but what worries me is that he knew my name and ex-directory telephone number.
