You receive a genuine text message from O2 with a security code. I have answered then, I heard a sound, so automated system calling randomly, and when a person answers redirects to a call center. A person with likely a Indian answered after a few second and said hello and nothing else, then I hang up. very likely a scam.

Man with Asian accent said he was calling from Virgin Media about my internet connection. He said they were having some problems which are affecting my internet connection but the call then disconnected. I've been with Virgin for many years and they've never once phoned me when there's been problems in the past. There is absolutely nothing wrong with my internet connection and I'm convinced that this was a scam call so I'm rating as dangerous.
