Non native English speaker calling from "Vindows" sic. I kept him on the line for a few minutes claiming that I was pressing buttons but my VCR was not working & could he help me get it working because I wanted to watch a film called Scammers.

Says its a her majesty's tax fraud team.
I ve done some research on this number and found out that it is a call centre called RSVP, based in East London. Not only do they offer wine club memberships and MCN motorcycle subscriptions, but also services from Hillary Blinds. Called me about 5 times before I picked up. Wine club offer in my case. Unsolicited, annoying call.
SCAM Seems to be a call center as noisy line. Tried to obtain bank details etc under false pretences, alleging an engineer from BT has detected problems on my home landline and that without rectification I could incur £+ costs but if remedial action is taken quickly charges may be reduced. I asked for their engineer and departmental details but got nowhere so advised would call BT myself and the caller rang off. One for OfCom and other authorities. I received a call from 02039587974 telling me they are calling from London County Court and that I have had a tax fraud case against me. They asked if I was able to make a £1198.00 payment so prevent my car being seized and sending the police out, whilst I was on the phone they tried to convince me they are calling from London Central count and asked me to google the number and rang me from the same central London county court number to assure me. I rang London court to confirm and told me it was not them

This is the 2nd call i got in as many days. Its a young girls voice telling me they have been informed i was in a traffic accident. The penny dropped on the 2nd call that it s a very clever RECORDING of a girl!!! This is a first for me and I am 100% sure it wasn t a real person but it does sound convincing. The long pauses and style of speaking gave it away. BLOCK THIS NUMBER.
This number called me Sunday but did not answer as it came up as spam call..
This is a recorded message beginning: "Please listen carefully..."> At that point I end the call. I get this about once a month.
