This number rang me twice in the space of 5mins, never spoke just hung up..I rang 1471, the reply sounded like a fax machine but not a fax machine. Still don't know who it is.

it says thank you for calling O2 when you call back! Why would O2 be calling from a Southend on Sea number??

This number called 3 times today someone claiming to be Dave from Windows Technical. We hung up first time then my wife answered and said thank you for your concern and how kind he was for notifying her there was a problem she would take the computer into the shop. Third time I answered and he said my computer ewas at risk as it had been hacked and my life could be in danger. Rang at 7.50am on 11 Feb, did not answer, but when rang the number back number unavailable, so must be a scam. A nuisance/ scam call.
