Hi guys.. We all keep getting these calls!! I know its annoying, illegal, upsetting, etc.. I get probably 5-10 on a daily basis, ranging from PPi, boilers, hearing aids, accidents and many more! When you tell them ur not interested, this is the worst thing you can do, because they WILL NEVER DELETE YOUR NUMBER!! They gets commissions just for contacting you!! So this is what I do now.... Accept the calls, and give them false details of ur name and address and mention u have changed ur phone number. (M

Called yesterday (12 Nov) at 18:46 and drivelled on about the PPI you were sold. Obviously a bunch of spivs as I don t do PPI as I don t take out loans or use credit cards. Attempted to make a complaint to the TPS and their website says "noting to do with us try the information commissioner". Who is paying for the TPS and why? They seem to be a waste of space.

rang three times and rang off immediately when I queried. I tried to ring back and was told to select between 1, complaints and enquires, and 2, to have detials removed. I pressed one and was held for 3 mins before the line went dead. that happened twice.

Called today and ulikely to originate from the UK based on the poor line. The person kept using my first name (i.e., Mr A***). This caller pretends to be from BT accounts department offering a refund on your account. When I challenged them and told them that the number is most definitely not BT accounts they hung up. Do not give them any information- hang up immediately
