Donations go towards making bespoke products and providing sensory toys to help children learn and play. They also fund research and offer guidance to parents and carers.
SCAM This is a call from fraudsters based in West Bengal/Kolkata who intend to carrry out Authorised Push Payment Fraud, persuading the victim to transfer money to a bank account controlled by the scammers. It begins with a recorded message from "Bank Security" (they don't know who you bank with) saying there have been two unauthorised transactions on your card this morning. someone claiming to be from O2 called me just now from this number. They were offering a 30% discount on all my bills until the end of my contract, asked me if I wanted to go ahead and told me I would get two text messages with a code I needed to read back to them. Usefully, the text messages were from O2 (the caller had gone into my profile and done a forgotten password which triggers the texts) but the messages said very clearly not to share the info with anyone, even if they claim to be working from O2.
Some foreign sounding person with a croaky voice, calling about a motor "accident compensation", claiming to be acting on behalf of the "Motor Insurance Bureau".... Tell them Nothing... I Asked them to tell me the date of the "accident" and the Registration number of vehicles involved... They then hung up immediately... Obviously Phishing for information.... ????.
