One person called (speaking in Urdu) on my business phone number and asked for the owner of the business, I said call in the morning, the person asked for the owner's name, I said I can't give you the name, call in the morning. A man claimed to work for bitcoin.com and said that I'd signed up to make money online. I've been called over 20 times a day from people who claim to be from some financial company for the past 2 weeks (they make up a new name each time). Numbers probably spoofed but tend to start 0161768, 0161818 , 0113301 or 0113868. Normally decline and block but have answered a couple to ask them to stop. This one swore at me when I asked.

They lead you to believe that they are calling for feedback on your order. They do not state that this is a sales call regarding extended warranty - which is exactly what they are doing. They make it seem that it is a fee-free service being offered and only mention the cost at the end. They offered me a warranty on 3 appliances for ?200 pounds a year but phrase it as this is only ?1.50 for your appliance. Very dubious sales tactics. I would not be remotely interested.
